I’m a little confused ~

I just read this listing and am wondering what the last line really means. Was he going to let his wife use it? Did she wise up to his plans of passing her the “broken parachute” while he jumped using the one that wasn’t broken. Hmmmmm……

This parachute is totally indestinguishable (sic) from
a working parachute. I got it custom made for me
from a friend who works at boeing. What you do with
it is UP TO YOU. I don't need it any more since my
wife left me.
